After a VERY successful print of my dad as a prince, I HAD to get my mom the recognition she so rightly deserved! Her pups fit the sidekicks SO NICELY, it was like the dogs were made for the photo!!! My mom LOVES it and appreciates that her lil pups are represented as the royalty that they are!

I am being asked to review only part of an order.
I had to review some photographs as the proof dis not look right
The process for review took weeks so was, painfully slow.
Missed our family Christmas present gathering due to inconsistent responses and at times no response at all to follow up emails hence no presents to share .
Having reviewed the phonographs upon delivery we noticed that the names originally requested were not on the prints bar one photo.
This was disappointing as we gave presents at the same time to out family after Christmas and one was different as a result.
There was no managerial oversight or senior person to manage our issues . Exasperated in the end and g ave up which is a real shame for us.
Complaint process was not followed when we tried to make this route to get support with our order.

Worst communication ever. Can’t call it communication because I never got a response. It came on time and was basically what I asked for, but I sent a total of 6 emails/messages to all forms of social media and email and never got a reply. They don’t have a phone number or physical location other than a fake P.O. Box in Florida. So they’ll completely ghost you and there’s nothing you can do about it.
Just know that they’ll basically do what you ask, but expect long shipping and no communication at all. If you don’t need it right away or don’t have any special requests or alterations, I’d consider them. If you need something specific or need it quick for a special gift/holiday, good luck! You’re flying blind. I ordered it 6 and a half weeks before Christmas and was sweating bullets it would arrive by then, which it finally did; but it was on a wish and a prayer after 6 messages/emails and no response….

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. BUYER BEWARE! I ordered this on Nov 28th. It's Dec 24th and it still hasn't shipped.
I didn’t receive a proof in the first 72 hours as guaranteed and only recieved one after multiple unanswered emails to the support team and messages on instagram.
Then the proofs were so comically bad I actually thought they were joking. I wish I share. I tried going through revisions and then just asked for a refund because it was that bad. Again after multiple emails I FINALLY heard back and was told a new artist was given the project. The next proof was also bad, but I decided to live with it as this was a gift and it was already late. I approved it on Dec 9. It's December 24th and it's still not been printed or shipped. Have sent multiple unanswered emails to support. About to report this as a fraudelent purchase at this point. I don't think it's ever coming.
