RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Regal Pawtraits, every portrait is custom-designed by our artists based on the photo you provide. Because each item is made uniquely for you, our return and refund rules are different from non-personalized products. We aim to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly at all times.


1. Custom Artwork Policy

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Incorrect or low-quality photos provided by the customer

  • Choosing the wrong product, size, or style

However, we will always do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your artwork.


2. Free Revisions Before Printing

You will receive a digital preview (proof) before your portrait is printed.
You may request reasonable revisions such as:

  • Adjustments to colors or lighting

  • Small edits to clothing or background

  • Minor corrections to details

If you are not satisfied with the preview, we will revise it until you approve the final version.


3. Photo Quality Guidelines

Our artists design your portrait based on the exact photo you upload.
If a photo is too dark, blurry, low resolution, or unclear, we will contact you to upload a better image before we begin.

If you still choose to proceed with a low-quality photo, we cannot guarantee the same results as the samples shown on our website.


4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

We will replace your order free of charge if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The print has manufacturing defects

  • The package was lost in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.


5. Cancellations

Free Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.

After 24 Hours (Work Already Started)

If our artists have already begun working on your portrait, a small artwork-creation fee of up to 30% may apply.

After Approval / Sent to Print

Once you approve your digital preview or the order has been sent to print, cancellation is no longer possible because your custom item is already in production.


6. Order Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

  • We will track your shipment

  • If confirmed lost, we will resend it free of charge


7. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved (for eligible cases such as defects or wrong items), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
