Guys, I wanna give you money and can't get a human being...now I'm going to have to disappoint my wife and figure out a different gift for Father's Day etc etc...
It says 'can't ship to that address '... which is the SAME as the first order...
This is another attempt to reach a human being...hope you help me and resolve this for anyone else also.

Thank goodness the portrait looks awesome because their customer service sucks big time! I emailed them twice to get proof of how the portrait would look, never heard back from them. I called, but the number doesn't work. If I had been disappointed with my product, I would have to dispute the charge since they have NO customer service. I do love how it turned out.

I ordered this print as a Christmas gift, when I was sent picture for approval I was at work and so quickly checked the face and was delighted with what I saw and so I approved it, it was only on my lunch hour that I had time to really check it out (a couple of hours later) and noticed that the arms and hands were far too short and chunky as the lady it was for has both long and slender arms and hands, (I know it's my fault for not taking time out to really check). I tried to get back in touch via email x3, their contact site x1 or 2 and even by messenger, all within a few hours of approving....no reply for 3 days. When they did get in touch I explained the problem, they told me too late it had went to print, fair enough, I did say had they got in touch when I had contacted them this wouldn't have been the case, they then told me they could amend it, but I'd now have to pay p&p, when asked why I'd now have to pay p&p when clearly it would never have been printed and sent to me within the time limits I had tried to get in touch with them.....no further correspondence. So yeah go ahead and order from them, but don't expect good after are.

I was sent picture for approval, which I did, as I was only too interested in making sure the face was good, but at second look approximately 1hr later I noticed the arms were far too short and chunky as was the hands, the girls portrait I was getting made has long thin arms and hands and fingers, I got back in touch right away....no reply, again an hour or so later...no reply, I emailed and I even messaged you, all in all 6 times...no reply. When you did get back in touch 2 days later you told me too late, it had gone to print, when I explained I had tried to get in touch earlier and many times, you told me it could be rectified, but I would have to pay for p&p, when I explained that had I been contacted when I had first messaged it would not have been sent out at this time, therefore I didn't see why I should now pay for p&p ...no reply !!!
So I am now left with a portrait that facially represents the person I intended it for, but with arms of chimpanzee......thanks
So basically go ahead order from this firm, but do not expect good after care

Actually this was a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. I actually surprised her and she loved it. She wasn’t expecting it. She showed it to friends and they thought it was extremely well done.

Took 3 weeks to get the picture we ordered. When we received it the frame was broken causing the picture to be crushed. Royal was notified promptly. Took 3 days to get a response by e-mail.
After that nothing until picture was delivered. It is beautiful.
My problems are: Tracking showed the picture sat in one place for 4 days. No phone listed to call if help is needed. Was not notified replacement had been sent.
Will I order again? If I need something like this again 75% will.

I’m a member of a group of fun-loving senior ladies who really don’t know how to act our age. One precious, if a little zany, lady has been our “Queen” for several years. Every year for the last 9 years, we go to the beach for a week, and we always do something special and silly and fun to honor her. When I discovered Regal Pawtraits, I felt I had hit the jackpot.
