This was such an awesome, special gift. I wish I had taken a picture before I gifted it to my friend. She lost her dog a few months ago and her whole face brightened up when she saw it. Really great quality. I thought maybe there would be a problem with the picture I provided, but it was perfect. And I love the option to make as many changes as you want before purchasing. I didn’t make any changes prior to purchasing, but I it made me feel a lot better knowing it was an option. 10/10 would recommend and I plan to repurchase.

I bought one for a friend as a humourous gift for Christmas or their birthday (early January). I knew it might not come in time for Christmas so decided their birthday would be a better choice. In a sad turn of events, their dog passed rather suddenly after Christmas. I just gave them this gift and told them to open it when they are ready. I hope this gift gives them joy and a smile during a hard time. It was beautifully done and may be just what they need to help with the memory of their beloved dog.

The product is great, but your shipping really needs improvement. Didn't receive item before Christmas so I had to re-ship item to person receiving gift so it was a big let down of not being able to watch the opening of the gift. The proof was approved on Dec 6th, didn't receive till after Christmas. Would change shipper to USPS or Fed Ex than UPS. They didn't deliver on time!!!!

I could not be happier with this purchase. Our pug, Hercules, has just passed away and I thought this would be an amazing gift for my husband as his birthday was coming up. I even was in contact with the company to change my original photo and that was very easy. It didn't take long to arrive once I approved the updated proof.
