I was very unhappy with this one. The proof that was sent for me to approve was perfect. When I got the picture it was so blurry and out of focus. I have returned it to you for a replacement or a refund. The other pictures I’ve gotten were great. I don’t know what happened with this one.

The dress and picture are beautiful. The dress is vibrant.However, the artist’s rendering of my skin tone was off. They made me look way darker than I am which made me sought of blend in with the dark background which wasn’t that flattering. All in all the picture overall is Beautiful. Just not the best representation of my skin tone/color.

I like the photo, but customer service is non existant. I received a photo as a gift for my husband, & requested a clean photo, after the proof was approved & the photo was done. They explained they needed the file number..the gift giver provided the information requested, & no response. Next time we will use a more customer friendly company,

Overall I like it, the canvas is good quality, the photo itself is okay. Upon ordering it is stated that a portrait retoucher would refine the photo, but that's not the case, the photo looks like a photo rather than a painting. As these are not cheap I had expected more of a painterly look, something a bit more refined.
